Great workout plan
This is a good 8-week workout from Stephanie Smith. I appreciated all the links to videos that helped me better understand the movements she explained. She is very encouraging and motivating in her approach. These are not easy workouts but I do think they will get good results.

Practical workout guide
This 8-week workout guide is designed to transform the body and boost confidence. It includes workouts, nutrition tips, and progress-tracking tools, which make an hourglass figure achievable. Whether new to the gym or aiming to take fitness to the next level, this book is a good resource. However, I wish the book included some illustrations of workout moves.

Great
This is a very simple book that clearly outlines a full 8 week program on what you need to do. Its for those who tried picking up random fitness books but got too overwhelemed by all the information. This makes this earlly simple and easy without the confusion.

Great Workout Guide!
I really like this workout guide a ton. It is clear and really well organized. I love the templates at the end to track your progress. It has great structure and is easy to follow. There’s no wasted filler in the book, which is appreciated. The exercises are accessible for average people. The video demos of the exercises by QR code is awesome, way better than images! A really great book and definitely recommend!

Great Resource!
This book is a great resource, although it has QR codes for videos on all the exercises, (which are a great tool), it would be great to have a few pictures for those that donât have access to internet. I love the assortment of exercises that are used in the 8 weeks.

“For those who are inexperienced in fitness, this book will be inspiring and interesting for those who want to train without having exercise habits and lacking the necessary foundations. Because itâs not just about burning fat and losing weight, but about doing it the right way.”

This book has words of encouragement, support, and wisdom in diet and exercise. It is a simple weekly plan that is in bullet points and easy to follow, it has videos demonstrating the exercises which is helpful as some were new to me. I got the ebook, so definitely can follow the plan on my phone at the gym. Looking forward to feeling more tone, strong, and hour glass!
Writer and Reader –

I like what I have read so far and had bought various weights to get started in the house so I can get familiar with the exercises and weights. I scanned the QR code for the initial introduction from Amazon but as I read the book on my kindle I cannot access my QR app on my phone to then also scan the code to get to the the actual exercises so I can see how they are performing them. I get an idea by reading what they are or going on line to see the type of movement but its not doing quite what I thought. How do I get to see the exercises when I am already reading the page? Does not make sense to me.
