A Must Read_ Science, Practical Tools, Stories – Bravo!!
This book took often complex topics and made it easy to read. It gave me the science, real-world examples, and practical tools to start using immediately in my life. I’ve never seen a book that weaves all the elements of human performance together in such a succinct and clear way. When I got to the end I was blown away by the number of references and how up to date they were. I love gifting books to special people in my life – O2X… thanks for becoming my new go-to book that makes an impact on people’s lives.

Great Book but Lousy Binding Job
Returned after opening due to half the book being completely free of the binding. Packaging looked okay, but book did not make it thru the mail week. Reordered and waiting to see if it was just a dud. Will keep you posted, fellow Amazonians

Not just for the tactical athlete
I stumbled across the book and decided to give it a shot. I am not a tactical athlete but found the principles taught in this manual to be easy to understand and they helped improve the way I live and run my business. What I like best is that complex principles, learned by years of elite training and service, are boiled down by the authors into lessons that anyone can easily apply to their own lives. I highly recommend this book.

    Great book.
Not a ton of new information. Most of it has been covered before in other texts but it’s good to see something that is being directed at first responders. I’ve been a fireman for a long time and this is certainly past due. We have a huge problem with obesity, depression, and suicide in our culture and this book is a great starting point to get our people moving in a positive direction.

Has Everything You Need To Be Successful In A Tactical Field
Really good stuff put together here and I love the way it was written. Feels more like a book written for the person reading it than just a generalized information book. They are saving a lot of lives and careers with this book if people follow the program.

Loved this book. As a firefighter for 31 years I wish I’d read it at the start of my service. (As a competitor in a full contact sport, I’d have gained a lot from it as well.)
Only gripe – I can’t quite understand the considerably lower fitness recommendations for females. If the kit and casualties weigh the same, surely the bar should be set at the same height? (I don’t care what gender rescuers are so long as they’ve got the grunt when required.)
    That aside, fully recommended.

Absolute Kaufempfehlung!
