Love the idea
I truly love the idea of these vitamins and want them to work. I have not noticed a clear difference but they’re easy to swallow and I’m happy to continue

Haven’t seen much
I’m quite sure you have to be consistent with this product to be able to see how good it works I haven’t seen much growth from the product but I do like the fact that they are well concealed

Different
Loved the different capsules and all the sustainable ingredients. Of course I did my see an OMG difference in my hair as i have taken supplements for a while. But there were no ill side effects. Another thing that stood out was for a sustainable company I was surprised that the bottle was so much bigger than the amount of pills in it. It was only about 1/5 full. They couldâve used smaller packaging. And it is quite expensive.

Too expensive and ingredients are not perfect
First off, you get 30 capsules in a plastic bottle that can fit 90 capsules. It looks almost empty. Why? I thought we were trying to protect the planet and here we are making big plastic bottles and big paper boxes that should not be that big. What does that say about the brand?I’ve always thought that Garden of Life was a good brand. Well, I don’t care for the ingredients and I should have paid more attention. There is sunflower oil (seed oils are actually bad for you and consuming them might very well lead to the very problem you are now trying to fix), there is wheat (so this is definitely noy gluten-free), four rice derivatives, maltodextrin, molasses. If you’re on a Paleo diet, this is not appropriate for you. If you’re on a low carb diet, again, this most likely will spike your blood sugar because of the rice and sugars added. I have never heard that wheat seed extract would be good for anything, really, so that is new to me.Some people might get excited about this being plant-based, when actually, an animal-based product would be 1000 times more beneficial to hair and skin and nails health. That is why collagen does wonders. I could go into details about the science behind cell membrane and how it needs animal fat, rather than plants, but that’s another story. This product would need to be taken at least 6 months before you would see any results, and I am not willing to spend this kind of money every month, and I really have no good reasons to give this product 5 stars. Also, it is crucial to determine if you have a deficiency before taking a supplement. You might not actually need all these vitamins and minerals in this product and taking them might cause more issues. Finally, I just think it is way too expensive compared to other similar brands with similar ingredients.

Excellent Ingredients
These are cool-looking capsules with a lot of great ingredients to help nourish hair and potentially encourage hair growth: vitamins A and D, selenium, zinc, hyaluronic acid and a LOT of biotin! The directions state that you need to take these for 12 weeks — only a 4-week supply is included, so it’s hard to say exactly how great this supplement will work. However, the combination of ingredients does seem very good. What’s also interesting is that the capsules are designed for slow release, so you get the nutrients over time (which is why they look like a capsule within a capsule).I can’t say I notice hair growth after only using this for a week, but I will say my hair feels good. The capsules are super easy to take, with no aftertaste. I give this a potentially hopeful recommendation!

Used for three months
I used for three months. Maybe should have tried longer but I didnât notice any difference in my hair – unfortunately. My fingernails grew though!

These are NOT Gluten-Free as “certified” and if you have Celiac, they will probably make you sick!
My wife wanted these Garden of Life Hair Growth supplements, and after reading in the “About this item” section in the 5th paragraph where it states that they are NSF Certified Gluten Free, I ordered them for her to try. Unfortunately, I did not read the ingredients list, and notice that they contained Wheat, which absolutely does contain Gluten. My wife suffers from Celiac Disease, which is an autoimmune disorder where her body reacts to ingesting Gluten. After taking these supplements for about a week, she got quite ill, and we couldn’t figure out what was causing it. Only after carefully reading the ingredient list of this hair growth supplement, I found that the “Keranat Oil” contained wheat seed extract. It is very disappointing to me that Garden of Life purports that their supplement is NSF certified Gluten-Free, when it obviously cannot be. She has previously used other products from this company, with no ill effects, but after this, I cannot in good conscience recommend their products for her, or anyone else who suffers from Celiac disease. I’m not saying that this is a bad product, however, I will not be using anything from this brand for her again, since I cannot trust in their stated Amazon page descriptions. After further reviewing the bottle and packaging, it does not state that it is certified Gluten Free on the packaging or bottle. The reason for my 1 star review is that the product is not as advertised in the description page, and can cause serious illness.
