I am 307 pounds (which is under the advertised max load bearing weight of 330 pounds) and this thing broke in less than 10 minutes! A few minutes after I started to use it, the stepper started to squeak and was off balance. I used this on carpet as well. I feel like I was scammed out of almost $60. I want a refund; this is absolutely ridiculous.
