love the all in one design but…. 7/7/23 Update read below
UPDATE: This company contacted me because I wasn’t pleased with product and wanted to find out the issues and asked question to find solution. We figured out that I need a medium size cuff so the all in one won’t work for me and you can’t change the band to different size. So trying a few things they are sending me out another type of machine with the correct size cuff. I am impressed with their customer service reaching out to me and trying to figure out why this wasn’t working for me. This is the reason I changed to rating 5 stars. Thank You very much for taking care of your customer and fixing our problems.I have been using this for some time now and love the convenience of all in one with no cords. The battery is wonderful and the charge lasts for months. My issues are that I took it to my doctors office and tried to see how accurate it was and it was way off, every time I tried it was higher then theirs and I kept getting errors, at least got an idea of how far off it was and so I can use it to keep track of my BP. The other issue is that it errors out a lot, it will work well for days and then for a few days continue to do so. I just turn it off and back on and it usually will work but sometimes I have to do it 2 or 3 times. The reason I kept this one is because of it being cordless, ease of use and convenient for travel. Not sure I would buy it again because of the issues and that’s why I gave it 3 stars. I wish we could give half stars and I would have given it a 2 and 1/2 stars.

Greater Goods products work for the greater good!
The most impressive thing about this device is the thoughtful, elegant design. They have thought of everything. It’s compact. it’s accurate. It’s easy to read. It’s cordless. It has a great app. It’s easy to travel in its well made carrying case. It’s made in the US and the materials are very high-quality. But best of all, is that Greater Goods donates a portion of its profits to charity. They support victims of child trafficking, and the Global Orphan Project.

Just what I was looking for
Over a number of years, I have tried several blood pressure cuffs. The Greater Goods Monitor is just right. First and foremost, it is dead on accurate. Some of my previous monitors gave inaccurate readings – so one of the first things I did was bring it to my physician appointment and it was dead on. Above all, this is absolutely the most important factor for me.Super easy to set up. The display is sleek and easy to read, and it comes with a Bluetooth App that lets me maintain a longer-term perspective. And everything about the Unit is Quality.A really good purchase decision for me. Plus I really like the parent company, Greater Good’s, commitment to charitable giving.

Update: Unit is totally inaccurate. Do not purchase!
I stroke survivor and use a blood pressure monitor every day of my life so I need one that is reliable.I bought an Omron 10 Series Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor with Cuff in 2018 and it lasted two years before it started giving me continuous error messages and became useless.I bought an LAZLE Blood Pressure Monitor – Automatic Upper Arm Machine & Accurate Adjustable Digital BP Cuff Kit in April 2021 and it lasted two years. So I decided this time to go with a totally different design. So far I am pretty satisfied. It seems decently made and reliable so far. I will update this review after I use it a few months..The only thing I don’t like so far is that I cannot get the monitor to pair with my iphone using the Balance Health App.I hold down the Mem button continuously and my iphone says it is searching but it will not pair.I called tech support, but I couldn’t get through to an operator. It is not a big deal. I will just mark them down a star for poor customer support.——————————-Update: March 29, 2023:Sorry but this unit is useless to me because it is inaccurate.I took my prssure with it this morning and it came out at 200/105.That sounded high.I had a doctor’s appointment this morning so I took the unit with me to his office.Got the 200/105 reading again. The nurse then used a stephoscope and manual cuff to take my reading and she got a reading of 145/80.The blood pressure reading on the monitor I bought onAmazon is over 50 point high and thus totally inaccurate.I am returning this monitor and won’t buy from this company again.

    Functional, but annoying
I had a lot of trouble using the machine. The first time I tried it, I hadn’t yet set up the app or paired it to my phone; the instructions (the first set I found) didn’t say anything about that. The second set I found did have those instructions, but I didn’t find those right away. So I had to set date and time. And then I had to set it again the next time I used it…and the next time… It doesn’t retain that information, nor pick it up from the app, you apparently have to set it _every_time_ you use the device. Also, every time I used it I got Error E01. I finally found a chart, deep in the booklet, that said that that meant that the cuff was either too loose or too tight. Oh. That’s _so_ useful. If I kept using it, presumably I’d finally figure out how to put the cuff on right, but it was very annoying to start. Also had trouble fastening the cuff, it kept sliding around my arm.Overall, too annoying for me to want to keep using it. Having to set time and date every time I use it is a pain (if I don’t have to do that, what’s the trick to make it remember?). Getting the cuff on is difficult, getting it to the correct tightness is more difficult. If I had been asked by a doctor to track my blood pressure, it _might_ be worth it – but I think I’d look for one that doesn’t need to be set each time.
