    Delicious recipes, easy to follow, helpful info
    Love, love the layout of the book! So easy to follow with really helpful info if you’re doing keto. Keto or not, the recipes are top notch, delicious, and quick and easy to make, even for a novice. Love that he includes meal plans with shopping lists, and exercises and tips. He also has recipes for dressings, seasonings, and such that I’ve compared with my store bought… More tasty and the ingredients don’t have the preservatives, sugars, and carbs of store bought… And really quick and easy to make! Check out the pics included of the difference between store bought taco seasoning and Frank’s (it doesn’t take even 5 minutes!) This is my new cooking bible!

    Full disclosure…I’ve followed Frank for a couple years now on Facebook. He is absolutely an inspired chef when it comes to Keto friendly recipes! I was so excited when he announced the drop of his first Keto Cookbook! It has not disappointed! Don’t be fooled by the ‘beginners’ in the title, this is not some entry level cookbook that features a thousand different ways to put chicken and cream cheese together! These are honest to goodness real recipes that will have you rejoicing they are Keto! If you do happen to be a beginner, Frank has included a section to get you well on your way to this way of eating. Enjoy!

    I guess it helps when the recipes are coming from someone who’s been a cook for 20 years. Loved all the information and loved the food. It makes it a lot easier to loose weight when it taste great!

    Not just for those pursuing a Keto lifestyle!
    Tried a few of the recipes so far and they are nutritious and delicious! The recipes are fun and easy to follow. I’m not on the Keto diet but I do eat low carb, and so I’m glad to have found this book to add to my cooking Arsenal!

    Very low price book. You might learn something. Great recipes with easy to find ingredients. Try something other than the almond flour called for in recipes it was expensive and disgusting. Surprisingly easy weight loss for not truly being on a diet

    Follow Frank! His history is phenomenal! A great, successful chef. He woos you into his recipes, and shares the success of spices, methods, food choices. And, a look at his health issues, and how he tackled his weight, etc. However, he also shares the reality that non-keto food is needed sometime, and the “dirty keto” is so very ok for so many of us.
