Great for 3 nights, then I couldn’t start it again; but GREAT customer service!
Update #3: This diffuser has persnickety control buttons. I thought the 1st one failed because I couldn’t get it to restart after three nights of working just fine. I wrote to seller, and they sent me a free replacement. Now that I’ve learned how to operate these unusual controls, I decided to test the “old broken” one again. To my surprise, tonight it works fine! So maybe the 1st one wasn’t broken… might have been a case of complex controls and user unfamiliarity! Or… will it work for a few nights and then fail again? I’ll update with news.Update #2: Seller sent a new diffuser, and it works fine. Great customer service!Update #1: Seller has agreed to “send a new kit.” I’ll update again if we receive it and it works more than three nights!We were excited to try our very first essential oils diffuser at night in our bedroom. Lovely style, subtle pleasant light, nice! Three nights it worked. Then I replenished water/oil again as usual and tried to start it last night. Nada! It would not turn on! I’ve checked and rechecked. Unplugged and replugged. Nada!I sent an email to the manufacturer today, and a message to the seller. I’m hopeful someone will respond and repair/replace it!

Awesome! Until it Broke
I loved this diffuser!! Itâs very cute and easy to use- I probably used it every other day for about a year.Unfortunately it began leaking. I only discovered this after it started shutting off on its own and beeping. I couldnât figure out a way to stop the leak, so we tossed it.Really good, but not great longevity wise 🙁

Great little diffuser, but broke easily
My sister has this diffuser and I love how much it actually diffuses the oil into the air – her house always smells great. I also love the cover- itâs ceramic I think? More classy looking than other plastic ones. I bought this a year and 3 months ago and it has been great, but it started only working occasionally and has now stopped working altogether. It must be the mechanics inside the base, because all the external pieces are clean and intact. Worked great while I had it. Disappointing it didnât last more than a year.

I’m bummed. I really like the way this diffuser looks. I used it daily and my house smelled so good. It stopped working in less than two months. Now water leaks out of the bottom and there is no mist spraying in the air. The lights still work. I have a diffuser from another company that I have had for 5 years and it’s still going. Very disappointed.

Weâve now had three of these with mixed success. When new, they work well and fill up a large room, however, they will randomly stop working after 6 months or less. Honestly, best bet is to just get the real thing and not this version. The costs adds up to where the value is lacking.
