Over the years ever since I was a small child, I have experienced issues with hair loss on and off. I had gone off my vitamins (like an idiot) and it started up again a few months ago. My hair was falling out so bad that I dreaded washing it, because it would gross me out seeing all the hair in the drain and in my brush. Well, I went back on hair vitamins and decided to try these gummies for extra measure. I am not kidding when I say within a week my nails improved noticeably (that was the first sign that these really work). My hair loss pretty much stopped in less than a month, and its all filling in nicely. Three months later you would never know I had a hair thinning issue. My hair looks awesome now. An added, unexpected bonus is that my joints feel better, too. I never had much pain, but now I feel like I can run upstairs as good as I would have when I was a kid. The taste is pretty good, too (I do like grape flavor and I love gummies though). These are a godsend and I will never stop taking these, as there are so many benefits to taking them!

So this tastes awesome but each piece is huge and very chewy. I thot it wasnt doing much till i ran out n started waking up with my fingers tight n painful⦠didnt even notice it had stopped tht. So it wrks slowly. Also my eczema flares had began to clear but after i ran out they flared up again. My nails are still terrible but im a picker soâ¦.Also my hair had stopped shedding so much too. I have hair to my butt crack tho so shedding is just always gonna happen.

I bought these to take on a trip instead of taking powder and having to have milk or whatever you drink your powder with it was just so much easier to chew a gummy and they were pretty good. They were OK but I think Iâd rather take the powder when Iâm home. And keep these for traveling
