While it easy to set up and use there was some problems with the fishing line spool coming off the clamps. Perhaps if you were to use a larger spool this wouldn’t be an issue but for the small spool, 300 yd 8# test, there was some difficulty keeping the clamps in place.Price was fair

Good value for the money. Solid construction, packaging, and simple instructions. Worked well with a small spool of 10# test on a spinning reel.I’ve been throwing these spools in a bucket of water to put new line on my reels, which works ok… but even if I could keep slack off the line, it would get twisted by the end.Not only does this product spin with your reel to avoid the line twisting up, but it keeps the line tight. The whole process was very fast. I wish I’d have bought one sooner.

We’ve had this spooler for almost 5 years and have used it on many occasions and its been tossed around and its fallen in the lake and been dropped and it still works like it is brand new! I couldn’t be happier with this product!

So… You just got your reel… You just got your braid… What do you do next? Scroll through Youtube tutorials on how to hold the spool with a pen or a screwdriver between your feet, your knees or they’ll ask you to get into some other yoga pose. I’m just kidding. Hahaa. But seriously, this line spooler is the best accessory I have ever bought for my reels. I have respooled all of my fishing reels because I have this tool and it wraps line so perfectly. This line spooler will help you immensely, especially if you’re new to fishing! What are you waiting for start spooling!
