    If you need a cheerleader while doing keto or low-carb, you MUST read this book!
    I had never even heard of Dirty, Lazy, Keto until it was mentioned in Woman’s World magazine. I looked it up since I was starting a low-carb (sorta keto-ish) diet. I ended up ordering this and when I got it in I devoured it in 3 days. I’m glad it had 0 carbs LOL. No, seriously, I’ve tried every diet and I’m one that needs to feel full and not count every stinkin’ thing I eat. In the book, Stephanie gave me permission to do that. She gives the full story of her journey (the ups and downs), her own struggles that I could relate to PLUS the most amazing tips that are doable. I needed something that would work for my busy life. I loved the book so much I sent her an email and I never do that. This book will give anyone wanting to do keto, low-carb or even Trim Healthy Mama (S meals) the tips they need and permissions to do stuff that other books say are bad. Now I can make my Splenda Iced Sweet Tea and not feel guilty! I can go through a drive-thru and survive without cheating (I tried with her tips and I did it!!!) BTW, I love her podcast too Dirty, Lazy, Girl and she gives even more tips in there. This book will not be a waste of time for you. If you want a cheerleader to cheer you on when your stressed and hungry AND a coach that will lovingly (not with guilt or shame) guide you, you need to read Dirty, Lazy, Keto.

    Great Book! Great Way to stay on plan evening when dining out!
    I have all of the DLK books. It helps make this way of life so much easier and I feel so much better cutting way back on carbs and sugars. These books give you the alternative ingredients and items to have on hand to make substitutions in your favorite foods so you don’t feel deprived. If you’re second guessing it, just hit “buy now.” You won’t regret it!

    The authors are informative, helpful, and realiatic. Lots of coffee listings for those who need it. I’ve been struggling with keto/low carb eating due to the strictness required but need to make this change per my doctor’s recommendations to lower my A1C and maintain better control of my Type 2 Diabetes. Having worked with increasing my physical activity and medications, only dietary changes in my carb intake will make a difference at this point. Thank you.

    If you’re looking for a guide on living keto in this fast paced world, this is it! The Laska’s have done the homework for you by providing an easy to read book with great keto meal choices. This is keto for the real world without condemnation for eating fast food! Her amazing story backs it up with her time tested weight loss and maintenance. There are other versions of the keto lifestyle that are so strict that it can quickly become overwhelming for someone trying to adapt to a different way of eating. While this approach can also be successful, Stephanie has proven that you can still lose the weight, be healthy, and maintain it by adopting basic principles of the keto diet into your life. AND you can do this while still eating out at places that you’ve always gone to! Highly recommended along with her first book “Dirty Lazy Keto”

    Good idea but not current
    Be warned this book is out of date. Almost 1/3 of the items in the book are no longer available at most fast food restaurants. When the pandemic hit most restaurants cut their menus. And unfortunately a lot of what they got rid of were keto, diabetic or diet friendly. This may help you navigate what’s still available. But it’s not going into your pocket or possibly even your purse! Regular size book. Really needs an update. Still deciding if I will keep it.

    Fast and easy to read and implement-thanks! I am lying in the hospital, and already called to adjust my “yummy” (Ha) meals to “ Diabetic Friendly”, to help me stay on track toward my new DIRTY, LAZY, KETO lifestyle! I recommend this book for anyone who has had some success on low-carb and/or Keto, but gets STUCK when traveling or starving without a pre-made stash of “safe” goodies to eat. ❤️ the specific fast-food hacks! I foresee great results and a less-stressed day for me. Maybe less hospital time too- What??!! I can’t wait to read the next ones. I chose this rating because this guide ROCKS!

    Basic Keto
    Each chapter deals with a different subject or restaurant.It pretty much adheres to the keto rules. I DO appreciate how how different coffees are broken down so I feel I will have more control over my choices.Basically, it breaks down food friendly choices and rates good (keto) restaurants with smiley faces. Some get the sad face but still give you choices.

Liked it so much, ordered the cookbook and the dining out book too!
