    Keeping Up With My Progress Has Never Been Easier!
    Some people enjoy apps and others like me prefer something you can take a pen and (in your own handwriting) document your fitness journey. I was able to successfully reach my goals with this journal. I haven’t seen anything like it. It’s so descriptive and it actually has QR codes if you need examples of the exercises. The recommended cardio day is my favorite part. The best thing about this book is reading and seeing my results! The motivational tips throughout the book remind you why you’ve decided to embark on this fitness journey. The weekly recaps are what keep me motivated. If anything it feels like your friend wrote this plan for you with all the tips to be successful. It’s beginner friendly with ability to add more as you improve, so I love the fact I can document my progression and go back when I start to slip and know exactly where I need to focus on. 6 weeks to a better body? Yes it’s true but I give all credit to this book!

    ONE OF A KIND WORKOUT JOURNAL
    As someone who likes to free flow when exercising, this journal has given me the structure and accountability I need. I love that it’s portable, clear and gives me the tools I need to tone and strengthen my body at myOwn pace. I love that I can write down my own goals/ notes and it even comes with reps, weights, different kinds of circuits, and flows on a week to week basis. You can even scan the QR code to see how to perform the movements suggested. As a busy mom, this has been an incredible resource for me to workout + stay active and it’s all in a journal instead of me having to type it out in the notes on my phone. 10/10

    This journal is a great way to stay on top of your workout routine, especially for workout beginners. Although I’m not a beginner, I find it helpful for finding specific exercises to incorporate during a workout, especially when using dumbells. I only wish I could see which muscles I worked with each exercise.

    If you’re looking for a guide to help you get back into your workout routine, this is the workout journal for you! It’s also perfect if you’re a beginner and just getting into fitness. I love that the workouts are planned for you ahead of time so it takes the guessing game out of what you’ll be doing. If you do not know how to perform an exercise, there are QR codes for you to see a video on how to perform the exercise correctly. It is so well thought out, the program is the perfect length for you to begin to see results and the best part is the workouts are only 30 minutes so very easy to incorporate into your day. 🙂

    This guided workout journal is perfect. It’s beautiful to touch, the layout is clear, the exercises are approachable but can be tailored to many different fitness levels.
