I find this ver affordable and great quality. This size is exactly what I wanted and the inside of the planner has everything you would need for planning our your meals for the week as well as making a shopping list. Really good for someone like me who loves planning stuff ahead of the time but I am very particular about what is included in whatever planners I buy and this one ticked all the boxes. Definitely recommend!

I wanted to start planning my weekly meals so that I could save money and plan for healthy eating. It’s a great tool for people following slimming world or other diet plans.My one criticism would be that the days are listed Monday to Sunday and I do my ‘big shop’ on a Friday or Saturday so it would be easier for the days to be listed 1-7 instead.
