Loaded with practical exercises for every part of the body, as well as for a holistic perspective – its lovely to see famiilar yoga exercices from a stretching and joint/muscle/tendon/ligament angle. The illustrations are incredible, the font is very readable, not too much information on any page, yet full of goodness. Lovely layout and size. Kudos to Dr Leada Malek for such a gift to humanity.

I generally love DK books for kids. This book about stretching did not disappoint. I teach a stretch class in my community based on Pilates exercises. I found this book to be very informative and illustrative of what I teach, and it filled in some knowledge gaps.
