Itâs very complicated to put on and on the slides when you first get it what youâre gonna wanna do is if you want to takeoff one of the slides, youâre gonna push down on the one that is on the bottom of it and then slide. One of the slides up or horizontally it has a nice feel on the bar. It helps you grip and itâs really easy to put away depending on the space you have for it. I would definitely recommend if youâre looking into doing some at home gym and once you get the box, itâs really really heavy, so be careful.
