As advertised – arrived on time as promised and easy to use. Comes with instructions, new batteries, case & lanyard. Very easy to use right out of the box. I think the readings are spot on (I have nothing to compare to like being in doctors office same time), but you can tell if you have a high heart rate. etc., without one of these. This will give you exact heart rate. O2 saturation seems to be spot on as well. Nice to have this in the home for those crazy illnesses that you may want to monitor O2% for. or you have young kids (infants / toddlers) that can’t tell you what’s going on yet. I definitely recommend this as a home medical kit staple, and the price is excellent.

I havenât had an issue with this product yet.It reads your heart rate and oxygen level. Shows the rhythm of the heart rate, not the best description but you can see whatâs happening.Gets the job done for the price. And it looks cute.
