This is my 4th bottle, and so far noticing my hair is thicker and healthier looking, which is great. Was skeptical at first, so hard to know if “prevention” is actually working, but now starting to feel like I really do have fewer greys. Will try to remember to post a before/after in a few weeks.

Iâve been using this supplement for over a month now and already starting to feel that my hair is thicker. Itâs been easy on my stomach and Iâm excited to see how they affect my grey hairs! I donât have too many (Iâm 36) but I definitely donât want to grow many more. I bought the system they have too with the serum and I think thatâs helping. Consistency is key!
