I went back on these after a long absence . I was deathly ill last year and Iâm trying to build Myself back up from the inside out. Been on them for a few weeks and Iâve noticed more energy! When I shower I donât see clumps of hair anymore! Few strands yes, but the clumps were stressing me out. It does seem like itâs also looking healthier and some shininess. My skin looks better, so we shall see how this continues! One thing I donât like is the smell of the pill. I swallow it quickly. It does have a slight after taste but goes away when washed down with something. Like I said, Iâve been on this for a few weeks now.

All in all I take 12 vitamins and supplements a day (counting this twice) and a few years back my aunt told me if I ordered her products she would buy me this. I decided what the heck I may as well try it for a month instead of my normal multivitamin (not going to bash the name) and there is DEFINITELY a NOTICEABLE difference. I canât afford to buy all of my vitamins but theyâre definitely putting the correct amount of each beneficial ingredients they list on the label in their product which is too many to list. Not to mention there are at least 5 ingredients I donât believe Iâve seen in any other multivitamins but upon further research they should be in them but itâs probably too expensive (which is why this product is so expensive). Definitely earned the 5 stars but you should create some sort of discount for repeat customers ( :
