Using this treadmill for winter excercise and to help me stop smoking. Works better than I thought, extremely quiet. Assembly took me a bit longer probably to accmplish because I did it myself, and I recommend having a 2nd set of hands. Instructions were not the best, but I managed to figure it out and now have a really great treadmill. The extended, sturdy handrail is a wonderful addition and makes it very safe for all ages, and I truly like the wider tread for walking and running. It did arrive with a small split in the rubber covering on a small section of handrail, but it it not a location which will affect operation or my use. The wiring can be a bit daunting, and just go slow and pay attention to the directions and it will work perfectly the first time you turn on the power. 5 Thumbs Up!

Great mat
The mat is great. It was rolled up right (as expected) so I stretched it out & put heavy flat objects on it (speakers) & let it sit there longer enough to flatten it out. It fit perfectly under my new treadmill with room to spare. Even while trying ro many er the treadmill by myself, it didn’t tear or rip. I will be getting another when I get my home gym.

I got this mat to go over carpet and it works really well for that (no sliding around). The material is nice and comfortable but the mat itself does crack pretty easily, mine came with near cracks at one end that I thought would eventually reform to normal it did not. Then a few days later the mat had cracked from the bottom after rolling it up (big loose roll) to put away. It’s a good comfortable anti slip mat unfortunately for the price I was expecting a sturdier build to wouldn’t crack so easily.
