I would not recommend going to sleep with one of these in your cheek unless you are comfortable doing that. It works for me and the size of my mouth, and does not move around in my mouth. But your mouth is your mouth. I just tuck it up there, and slowly it dissolves. If I wake in the middle of the night, it or what remains of it is still there in the same exact spot. Don’t take my word for it that you can do this. Know your own mouth size and what happens in there when you are asleep. You can do the same thing in front of your computer or watch TV when you are awake. Don’t suck on it, just let it dissolve. The point is, after a week, my tooth is no longer sensitive. I can brush it with no pain. So for me this works to help remineralize your teeth. This product works for me, and I will continue to buy it despite it’s expense.
