This blood pressure supplement contains just 1 active ingredient: ameal tripeptide, at a dose of 254mg per serving.I don’t think that this single ingredient is sufficient for a blood pressure supplement on its own, but it is clinically studied and has shown a number of benefits for cardiovascular health. Ameal tripeptide is a Japanese product, and has been researched for blood pressure, circulation, arteriosclerosis, and more.That being said, this supplement could be a lot better. A combination supplement with ingredients like grape seed extract, olive leaf extract, magnesium, etc would likely be far more effective than ameal tripeptide on its own.Overall – high quality, clinically studied supplement – but too basic of a product to really be effective. This would be better as part of a larger blood pressure “stack” of supplements.
