Good but a little flimsy
I was being cheap when I bought this and I find that it is a little flimsy. I am used to my expensive rope, so this was a downgrade for me. I do CrossFit, and perform double unders and cross overs with my rope. It is fine for regular jumping, but I need something better for speed. The bearings are smooth, but the wire / rope itself is not as firm as I would like. The design is nice looking, and the handles and a good length and width. Overall its decent for the cost and works fine for regular jumping.

Good speed jump rope, feels very light. Only issue I ran into was that I had to use bolt cutters to cut the wires shorter. The metal wire was difficult to cut through, but overall it is a decent jump rope.

High quality jump rope
I jump rope 20 minutes a day with this rope. The rope itself is lightweight while the handles have just the right amount of heft to them. The length is easily adjustable and the screws hold everything tightly in place.

Built well, but cable is too light for double unders
I have an older jump rope that I used for crossfit looks nearly identical to this rope, but since it was a little frayed, I decided to order a new one. The handles on this jump rope are perfect, but the weight of the cable itself is not sufficient for double unders. On my previous rope I could do 50 consecutive double unders, this one I struggle to do more than 10 in a row because I end up using my shoulders a lot more to get the speed up. Its really hard to get a rhythm going with this rope.

The handles are good and spin smoothly. The rope is a bit cheap and flimsy. Itâs not aluminum or nylon or leather. Itâs this thin rubbery stuff that doesnât fly through the air evenly. I also imagine (but donât know for sure) that it would expand or shrink/get brittle depending on temperature.

Thought i would try these ropes as I do a lot of skipping (mostly double unders) The ropes are ok for single skips but I would not recommend if you are looking for a rope to do doubles or triples.
