“The Ultimate Guide to Weight Training for Football” ist ein wirklich sehr gut gemachtes Buch und beinhaltet all das, was viele Bücher im Bereich des Kraftsports bzw. Bodybuildings vermissen lassen. Es enthält gut beschriebene Einführungen, Erklärungen und Zusammenhänge zwischen den unterschiedlichen Trainingsplänen. Des weiteren werden die in den Plänen aufgeführten Ãbungen mit Fotos dargestellt und ausführlich erklärt. Die einzelnen Trainingspläne werden unterteilt in die Bereiche “Ausdauer und Fettverbrennung”, “Power und Leistung” sowie “Aufbau von Kraft und Stärke”. Diese Pläne sind mithin das Beste, was ich je gemacht habe. Zusätzlich empfehle ich noch das Buch “Football Training like the Pros” von Chip Smith. Meine Bewertung: fünf Sterne!!!

Höchstens für Kraftraining Anfänger geeignet!Mangelhafte Zusammenstellung von alten schwarz weià Bildern, mit Standartübungen die eigentlich jedemKraftsportler bekannt sind.Wenn überhaupt profitieren Anfänger im Bereich Krafttraining von diesem Buch, aber mit FootballspezifischenTraining hat das wenig zu tun!Gleich zurückgeschickt.
