I have finally used it a few times and seems to work great. I do really like the fact that there are 2 different power supply sources. 4 triple A batteries, 1 usb cable and 1 a/c adapter. Nice big screen and seems to build up to pressure quickly. Seems to be quite accurate. Once I set the cuff for my arm size, I just pull it on and off without unwrapping it. You can have the batteries in it and switch from battery power to a/c adapter power with no problems. The main thing is positioning the cuff properly and about 1 inch up from your elbow. If not, then it reads very high.
