Sonic Cleaner
I purchased this for my son when he got his braces off and had a retainer. I also purchased the Retainer Brite tablets with this and the two items have really helped at keeping his retainer clean and clear of buildup. The sonic cleaner stays super clean and works really well. The only trick I would add to this is when you turn it on maybe have it sit on a towel or something a bit softer because on a hard countertop it vibrates and makes a very annoying sound and it tends to vibrate right OFF THE COUNTER! LOL! But put it on a towel and you don’t hear it at all unless your right next to it and it stays in place. I was afraid that because it used batteries instead of plugged in we’d be going thru batteries like crazy, well that is NOT the case. The battery life is very LONG and I think we change the batteries once a month, after using it most every day! I’m very happy with that! When the retainer is done I’m going to try it for jewelry cleaning. I think it would work really well.If you purchase this item I hope you are as happy with it as we have been. I have actually been very surprised at how well it works for being so small and compact. Perfect size for a retainer!Happy Cleaning!

Honestly, I donât use the battery operated portion of it. I just use it to clean my night guard every day. Everyone in our family uses a night guard. We each have one.

Easy for Invisalign retainers
Super easy to use – just fill it up with warm water, plop a Brite tablet in with the retainers, and go. I usually leave mine in there for about an hour. Still need to brush the retainers a bit BEFORE you plop in the water, but afterwards they get pretty clean. I had a lot of residue on the retainers before I bought this product, and have noticed that it’s pretty much disappeared after using the product for about 2 months. One caution…make sure it’s on a surface that won’t make the noise worse. I placed it on my sink and I could hear it clear across the house. Now I put it on a washcloth and can’t hear a thing.

This product is cheap plastic!! It doesnât hold your dentures to clean. I bought it for my mother in law to make things easy at age 93. She prefers the old fashion way of overnight soaking. It only cleans 1 denture at a time!!Donât waste your money or time

Hard to beat this for the money, but there are a couple of problems a buyer needs to beware of. Even with the cover over the cup, I had to be careful to put only the minimum amount of water in it to avoid a puddle on the counter. Secondly, the battery compartment does not like the rechargeable batteries I use. I can get them in with a little extra pressure so that it works, but then I can’t get the cover on. For those reasons, I can’t give it a higher rating.
