Assists with Muscle Exertion
For 2 plus years I have used this natural muscle relaxant and found it to be very helpful. It seems for me to be best to take it as soon as I detect some muscle exertion or tension. It is important to follow the suggested dosage. A good herbal product to have on hand.

Incredible
I was having intense muscle tension and spasms in my shoulder and neck. I was in a lot of pain. I went to my chiropractic Dr. twice with minimal success. She said my muscles were too tight for her adjustments to hold or help much. It was then a holiday weekend, so calling my regular Dr. was not an option for 3 days. I took a chance and ordered these before asking for prescription muscle relaxers and possible an x-ray, as I was still unsure what was causing the issue. ONE dose in and I was really hopeful. Two doses in and I knew these were really helping. I took them for 2 full days 3 times a day. I took 2 pills each time. I am 240lbs to give and idea to others about the dose they may need. I skipped taking them on the 3rd day to see how my pain and motion was. It was at about 90% function, where I had been at about 20% before and the pain was very very mild and sometimes not even noticeable. I have a chiro appointment in two days and I will take before I go to make sure my muscles are super relaxed and hopefully my adjustment will be just what I need to get back to 100%If I could no afford or get to the chiro, these pills alone are a life saver.Cons would be:The smell is something else! But it is a capsule, so the smell is not a taste, these pills were just as easy to take as most any capsule.I did get a headache several times while asking them, a side effect that seems to be common. OTC pain meds dealt with the headache along with some extra water and a heating pad. Nothing had duled the nerve pain and muscle pain I was dealing with till these, so it was worth the headache.When you take them the first time or up the dose, you should wait to see how the effect you.Lastly, they are not supposed to be for long term use. That would be something worth involving your care team and Drs in deciding.Absolutely 100% worth it and I am very glad I tried these as it made so much difference for me.

Great for tension headaches!
I get a lot of tension in my neck and back of my head which causes tension headaches. I used to take excedrine or ibuprofen for the pain but had to stop due to it causing stomach issues.Just took three of these at once and noticed the pain in the back of my head gone! Finally! I do notice sometimes these make me sleepy but mostly not. I also had to up my dose because one or two at a time wasnât doing it for me after some time.These are natural and really work! Love it!!

Worst company to buy from
This is the worst company i have ever purchased from, Oregon’s Wild Harvest quality control does not exist and customer service, does not exist either. Why this statement? This is why: purchased this product on the 08/03/2024received on the 08/05/2024 i received the product with the seal OPEN, it did not look like it was broken, but that it was not properly sealed at factory, plus their was a smell of detergent coming from the content. So i determined this is a contaminated batch, with lack of quality control from manufacturer.Since this is something you INGEST, i initiated a return, which showed the return window had expire on 08/04/2024 a day before receiving it. I called the seller twice and left messages. Today is 08/21/2024I have not received any response from seller. I consider this, as of now, a highway robbery.

There are few valerian containing supplements that work, these work. Combine these with Magnesium glycinate to really relax.

Great product but lid cracked from shipping
I really enjoy how this effects your muscles and helps you relax. I first tried my aunts and really liked it. I ordered my own bottle but it wasnât packaged the best as my bottle lid came cracked. Hoping that doesnât affect the pills inside from going bad.
