These are SO cheap and work so well. They have a nice minty scent to them and don’t leave a strange taste behind. They also don’t leave a filmy residue that hand soap does, if you try to clean your retainer with soap. Sometimes I use these for 3-5 minutes or a few hours…both work just as well and I feel like my retainers get clean every time I use them! I use them day and night

Somebody actually suggested this to me to clean my mouse guard. I got a mouse guard for at night because I was grinding my teeth, but my dentist never told me how to clean it and I tried using toothpaste, but it still had a smell. This actually cleans it really well and, and the price was really good for as many as you get! I honestly thought this was only for dentures lol

I have used Efferdent Retainer Cleaning Tablets for several years now and appreciate their anti-bacterial cleaning power. I use warm water and drop a tablet into a small ramekin to do its fizzy cleaning job on my mouth guard once or twice a week. At one time, I wondered about a Best by Date and didn’t see one on the box. So, I called the company and was told there isn’t one, and the box of tablets that are sealed in individual packets just needs to be stored away from heat and excessive humidity. Depending upon how often you want to use one of these tablets to do a thorough cleaning of your dental appliance will obviously determine when you will need to order another box. The current price of $5.74 at the time of this review is reasonable for a 126ct. of these tablets.
