Big sized bow
This pull bow is very nice and adds just the right amount of pizazz to any gift or as decor. The 14 inch bows is ample in size, and is so easy to form by simply pulling the attached strings. I often attach the bow by using the strings that formed the bow, making it even easier to use. I also like that they store flat until you’re ready to use, avoiding the bag of smashed bows we all have.

BLUF: This is such a clever idea for how to make large bows. My wife introduced me to the concept of a “pull bow” and now it’ll be a part of my go-to holiday kit. Once it’s “pulled together”, I do wonder how easily it’ll fall out of shape. All the curls look great, but there’s nothing to keep them “in place” once they’re arranged…. it’s literally just held together by a couple ribbons.POSITIVES:- Stores amazingly well since it arrives in a flat package.- Plastic reinforcement where the ribbon pulls alleviates concerns of ripping.- Sturdy, high-gauge plastic makes this good for situations where it may need to “hold up”.NEGATIVES:- No retention for curls once assembled to stay “in place”.NARRATIVE:I needed a bow for some upcoming birthday gifts and my wife told me about these “pull bows”. This thing came packaged in two layers of plastic wrap without any bent corners or anything… very nice. When you are pulling the bow, it’s a bit unnerving, but the whole thing just “comes together” as you can see in the video. The real challenge becomes trying to arrange everything so that it presents nicely. Once the bundles off curls are together, you tie off the end so they don’t fall out. That part is fine. However, now you have to arrange these things so you have that pretty “present bow” look and there is no discernable way to keep them in place once arranged. What we are going to have to do is use little pieces of tape to keep the curls in the correct spot relative to one another. I don’t know if this is common of all pull bows, but it’s a pretty noticeable irritation.With that said, these things are way better to store than boxes full of present bows “just in case”. I like being able to put it together “on demand”. On a flat surface, arranging everything and getting it to stay would be super straightforward. I’m taking off 1 star because of the “curl arrangement” issue, but other than that these are a great buy for $8.

Read instructions before starting… pulled the string and watched a beautiful bow form… UNTIL… as the last piece came into formation, the string EASILY came out, and the bow completely came undone! ð¡ SO IRRITATING!!!!

Fun bow for large gifts!
As a word of caution, this bow is packed flat and requires some âassemblyâ, which I wasnât expecting. It is easy to assemble though and there are instructions included – you just need to find two loops and pull, and it forms the bow. I actually like that it came packed flat. I was worried about the bow getting crushed or damaged during shipping, and not being presentable anymore.The bow is 14â in diameter. The picture of the bow on the car is deceptive since itâs not THAT big. It is a good bow for a large gift though. I have a large gift box that came with a heavy winter coat, and this bow will be perfect for that.

mine arrived missing an attacher so doesn’t work quite right
This is indeed a HUGE red bow, but thankfully the style that stores flat. I have many of these in the normal size and love them because of how easy they are to store. You just pull on the thin ribbons inside and it squishes the main thick bow portions up to make a fluffy, voluminous bow. Mine, however, came missing one of the attaching bits, so has one section that won’t squish up, leaving a flat portion sticking out of the middle of the bow. I’m sure with some ingenuity I’ll be able to find a way to make it work.It really is enormous. It’s suitable for luggage, bikes, cars, appliances–seriously large gifts.

Make Any Large Gift Standout
I have always liked this is clever way to store gift bows. This “Pull Bow” is received flat and unformed. In this way, you don’t get a crushed bow and you don’t have any storage space issues that often come with any pre-formed bows. This one happens to have a 14″ bow diameter when fully formed. This is ultra easy to form. You only need to find the two loose, narrow ends and pull on them to quickly and effortlessly form the huge gift bow. (An illustrated instruction card is included).This is ideal for larger gifts, (i.e. bikes, cars, etc.). The completed bow looks beautiful and crisp. This will make any gift more presentable and special.I definitely recommend these oversized gift bows. I love that it takes up so little space in the flat unformed state, (ready to be used at a moment’s notice).

What a big BEAUTIFUL bow! I love pull bows, because they are so easy to store and keep nice until you need to use it. Usually they are pretty easy to “un-pull” and store flat after pulling it to look at, but this one is so big that was a bit of a challenge (but I finally got it done) so I would recommend waiting to pull it until you are ready to use it. It was kind of like trying to put toothpaste back in the tube HAHA I definitely would recommend this one!
