This omega-3 fish oil is fantastic! The quality is outstanding, and most importantly, it’s easy to swallow! Finally!! I had problems with two other Omega-3 supplement brands, so I had to give them to my husband because their pills were impossible for me to swallow. And finally I found these. These capsules are small enough, and I’ve been ordering them for the second time now! Ordered 60 softgels at first and after ordered 120 softgels.They’ve become a staple in my routine. I don’t know about effect for sure, because I recently started taking a few different supplements at the same time and overall started feeling better. But I’m pretty sure they do the work very good. Also there’s no noticeable fish taste. So giving it 5 stars and will be ordering again for sure.

I won’t be buying these ever again! The product itself is fine – no fishy taste or smell – but more expensive than some other brands so I would expect any product at this price point to be properly sealed, which it wasn’t. It is the second time I have bought these and decided to opt for the bigger bottle second time round. This turned out to be a really bad idea, as I don’t feel safe consuming any supplements where the packaging is not intact, and so therefore will be binning all 180 softgels – what an appalling waste!
