Set came in well packed. Bought the bigger set. Overall great set and easy to adjust weights. Would recommend buying more bars though unless you want to keep changing weights for different exercises. My back and bits handle different weights. I went back in and bought more bars. Would also be nice if some of the bars were shorter but overall really like the set.

What’s inside these weights?
So the pros.I like the weight set and how adjustable it is.Very nice options and variety.Easy to assemble.Parts are all plastic, which I prefer.The weights shape are not round but has six sides so they can’t roll all over the place.Feels very comfortable to hold and use.The cons.As you can see in my pictures, there’s a good chance at least 1 of the weights may come damaged and leak the material on the inside. Make sure to follow Amazon’s policy if that happens.But a very big con is, what is that material inside the weights? It honestly looks like the dirt and dust you vacuum out of your carpet. It looks really unhygienic.If I am wrong, I hope the seller will correct me.It’s not a complete deal breaker as all my other weight pieces are sealed and not broken but it will always be in the back of my mind whenever I use these weights.
