Loved the color! Wore this linen jacket to a friend’s wedding. The size was a perfect fit for me. Great deep inside pocket. Inside is lined with polyester had good weight but did not get hot for an August wedding.

A Good Value (but stay realistic)
Before we get into it let’s talk about what this blazer is and what it is not. This is a nice enough cotton-linen blazer. It is not a wool-silk-linen blazer. A cotton-linen blazer will always (at least in my experience) look very light and a bit cheap. A wool-silk-linen blazer on the other hand can look like a real suit jacket. If you are picturing a linen suit in a movie or something then you are probably picturing wool-silk-linen, not linen-cotton.So why get a linen-cotton jacket? Have you ever gone to wedding in Florida in summer? If you had you would completely understand. This thing is light and breathable, but it looks good enough that you can get away with it as formal(ish) wear. Now our society is increasingly informal, so there are fewer and fewer times when you MUST wear a jacket in the summer. But if you are the type who finds going to a wedding or other formal event without a blazer or suit somewhat horrifying, then a linen-cotton jacket is going to be a godsend.For me linen-cotton is also a classic jacket to wear while traveling as it gives you a certain air of sophistication without the burden of dealing with wool. It is exactly the sort of jacket to wear while walking down the steps from a jet.Now on to the particular jacket here. It’s fine and a great value for the price. It isn’t perfect, as there are some stray threads and honestly the buttons look cheap. It is incredibly light weight though. It’s even lighter than the cotton-linen jacket I wore every summer in the 2000s… Now if I was regularly traveling with it, or if I went to a lot of very hot and humid weddings, I would get something nicer. But if this is your first linen jacket, and it’s not intended to impress an overly snobbish crowd, I think it will do fine.

The jacket arrived badly creased, but after I had used a steam iron to removed these creases, it proved a nice fit and an excellent jacket for hot weather.
