    Delicious Recipes
    I love how The Inflammatory Reset book is categorized in sections like snacks, entrees & soups. The recipes are delicious & super easy to make (30-40 minutes to make the turkey chili) . I’m looking forward to trying all of these recipes. I made the Anti-Inflammatory Turkey Chili and it was simple to make and so yummy! I also like the section of recommendations for Just Ingredient supplements that helps to reduce inflammation. I have recently started using these supplements and cannot tell you how much some of these supplements from Just Ingredients have already improved my brain fog, lack of clarity, fatigue & gut health symptoms I’ve had for over 2 1/2 years. I am finally able to exercise again and take back my life. I have followed Dr Josh Redd and Just Ingredients for over a year now on social media and believe they truly want to help everyone with inflammatory concerns live a healthier life. I bought 2 books- one for me & one for a friend who suffers from inflammation and autoimmune diseases.

    Incredible resource guide and Simple cookbook!
    I bought this book knowing it would be power packed with info about inflammation. What I was not expecting was that the recipes are made with 90% simple ingredients that most people either have on hand, or are easy to find in any grocery store. They are easy to make and the pictures are beautiful!I was also expecting a meal plan, which I’ve never found useful as a global solution. This book gives an easily applicable, simple suggestion that anyone can adapt and use for their personal case.A quote from the book sums it up pretty perfectly: “This book is about taking your health into your own hands; Ultimately, it’s up to you to decide what’s most effective for you.”Thanks Dr Redd, great job!

    Great guide for a healthy lifestyle!
    My doctor told me to go on an anti inflammatory diet and sent me home with one print out 😵‍💫 I was super confused and didn’t know where to start! Thank goodness for Dr. Redd and Karalynne for coming out with this book! It’s super helpful and even has some nice recipes to get started! Highly recommend this book!

    Amazing recipes & thorough information
    This book contains a wealth of information and it is broken down into three organized parts which made it manageable and not overwhelming. I have been following Dr. Redd and Just Ingredients on instagram for several years now, but did not feel like I could do the anti-inflammatory diet until reading this book. There are so many recipes in the book and so much research-based information about inflammation which makes me want to try the 30-day reset. In addition to anti-inflammatory recipes, it also contains a lot of information about lifestyle & environmental changes to prevent inflammation.Overall, I would give this book 5/5 stars since it is well written, well organized, and has great recipes. I do hope Dr. Redd and Karalynne continue to post about specific products compatible with the diet such as clean-ingredient almond/cashew/coconut milk brands. I would also like to see their recommendations for probiotics during the 30-day reset since the Just Ingredients probiotics contain stevia and monk fruit.If a follow up book is ever written for this, I would also like to see more recipes that fit their guidelines for the foods to avoid for severe inflammation & autoimmune (no nuts, seeds, beans, nightshades, legumes).

    Excellent Customer Service and Product
    The book and customer service are excellent. My original book was delivered to the wrong house and we couldn’t find it. However, after contacting customer service to let them know we did not receive it, they sent a new one out. It was deemed that a neighbor did actually receive the original package. Customer service was very understanding about the situation.The book is very nice. The information expressed in it is not overwhelming and looks to be a wonderful resource with delicous meals.
