Great eyeliner
I love this eyeliner it goes on smooth and doesnât fade. I have a hard time finding eyeliner that stays the way I put it on. It either gets all over my eyelid or just disappears, however this doesnât I will be buying more. Also the colors a rich and bright.

Not All Colors Glow
Some of these colors are amazing, the more neon ones especially the yellow/orange/pink neons. The liners are pretty pigmented and bright without any special UV lighting and Iâd recommend them! They definitely donât come off well with typical waterproof makeup remover, I had to bring out the big guns aka the oil based makeup remover. The liners then finally broke up into strange little chunks and washed away after that. The texture of them is a different feeling than normal waterproof liner but they will not budge with rubbing or water once fully dried through. Application can be finicky as the brushe widths vary slightly, some brushes being thinner or thicker than others but these were so cheap, just find your own brush if need be.

Bright, long lasting liner!
I couldn’t reccomend this enough! This would be great for cosplays or costume makeup or even just colorful looks. They react nicely with led light colors, they really pop! Wipes right off with face cleanser, pretty thick product, good bang for your buck. I also noticed its pretty tough to get off with just water unless you put a lot of pressure down, so I would say it’s semi waterproof. The brush is also thin and precise, handle long enough to get a good grip on.

I really was hoping to use these in conjunction with my normal black eyeliner for some color pop for work at an office. It is a cheap formula that builds up thick and dries really quickly. Almost too quickly. When it builds up, it cracks like paint, and doesnât look very clean or professional. The brushes are also kind of junky. A lot of stray hairs that donât help with clean lines. Donât think Iâd buy these again.

Neon UV Liquid Eyeliner is a highly pigmented, long lasting eyeliner that I use every day. I had skimmed through the Amazon website looking for colored eyeliner sets that stood out to me, and I thought that the UV idea was so creative that this was the one I went for. Despite the fact I had not actually gotten the chance to truly test if it did glow in UV light, I fell in love with how outstanding the product was in many other ways. Itâs a very beautiful and bright pigmentation and gets the attention of others, and can be used in many different ways. The eyeliner is long lasting in the bottle and out of it, all while not smudging, moving, or chipping. It stays on well then is very simple to wipe off with barely any effort. The quick precision brush makes it easy to apply and/or correct any mistakes, without putting it on in a heavy and clumpy manner. The price is quite good compared to other eyeliners, especially for everything it offers. I recommend this product for anyone who enjoys giving their eyes a gorgeous, colorful pop that is sure to set off and complete any outfit or accessory it is worn with.

Bought these eyeliners cuz I was going through my fun colorful makeup era and mistakenly instead of just going to a sephora and buying different colored eyeliners, I decided to go the cheap way (amazon) and you all are probably doing the same thing right now, but thankfully checked reviews first, unlike me. I wore these eyeliners for about 2 months, desperately trying to make them work, but honestly? It wasn’t worth it. The colors are not as great as you think, and the image is completely different from the real deal. You wear it and it dries in a way that it pulls your skin if you blink, squint, or literally move your eye in any direction. And and AND you can literally just peel it perfectly clean off your lid. That, or it just flakes. PLEASE. Just go to Sephora. Yes, I know it’s expensive, and no one should be paying that much for a couple eyeliners that will last you about 2 and a half months but frankly, it’s better than this.

It’s waterproof when dry in the sense that it won’t run if you get wet (raining) however you could just rub water on it and it’ll come off.It’s fun as a pop of colour. I included pics of it when it’s first on, when it dries (close up of one eye), and when it flakes/peels (close up of other eye). 🙂
