I make my morning protein shake using this protein powder along with one other one (SunWarrior Active Protein chocolate) and I mix it with 2/3 oat milk and 1/3 almond milk due to food sensitivities. I put the protein powders, milks, and frozen blueberries into my blender and after 90-120 seconds I have a delicious breakfast. I have a good balance of energy and it gets me through until my snack or lunch, depending on my schedule.

Taste is alright a little off because of the greens but that’s expected. I still love it and it’s a staple for me. I have medical reasons for not being able to eat at times and this is my go to. I recommend giving it a try. I even through some in when baking.
