Defintely would recommend
I’m very happy with this hair dryer. I have used a similar one from a different brand for several years. When the original one stopped working I bought a replacement that was the same brand/style. It worked as expected for less than two weeks and then started turning off within a minute before dying. I wanted another folding dryer with retractable cord which left me with very few options. This one was well-rated in online reviews so I figured I’d give it a try. I’m very pleased to report that after two months I’m as happy as I was on the first day. It has good options for how hot/forceful the air is. The cord retracts easily with the push of a button. It folds up easily, though it was a bit of an effort the first few times. I haven’t used it for travel but when folded it is fairly compact without sacrificing power. All in all, I’m glad I found this and would recommend to a friend.

Stayed at a motel that had one of these complimentary. Had to gave one! Dries hair fast. Even heat distribution. Hair non frizzy. Can use everyday! Couldn’t ask for better.

Used to be Good
I don’t know what they did to these but the last two I have had haven’t lasted at all. Something breaks inside and little pieces of plastic come flying out. My last one lasted maybe six months now it doesn’t work on high anymore after the plastic broke and came out. They redesigned these and now they are heavier and break. I won’t be ordering these again. So disappointing.

It lasts 4 years
This is my third or forth Andis blow dryer, because they last almost exactly 4 years! But I like them because of the retractable cord, and its folds, making it more compact.However, this latest model is my least favorite. It works fine, no problem. But they have moved the “cool” button and make it smaller, making it a bit more inconvenient. It also seems a little longer, but since I no longer have the old one, I can’t be sure. Overall, its a good blow dryer, as long as you know it will only last 4 years.

This dryer was used at home for drying my hair only. I loved it. Easy to store because it folds up and the cord retracts. It is quieter than previous dryers and not to heavy.However, it didn’t last a full year. One day I turned it on and then it quit. So disappointing.

I love this hair dryer because it’s very light weight but yet dries my hair very fast with a powerful air flow. Also its great for travel because the cord is retractable and the handle folds up so it all takes less room in your suitcase. It has 3 speed settings and a cool shot. I’ve tried many others, but this is the lightest one that dries my hair the fastest. Definitely recommend!
