The Best Cleanse Yet!
I have been a follower of JJ Smithâs programs since about 2017. Iâve done several of the cleanses, such as the 10-Day Green Smoothie Cleanse and the ACV Cleanse. If you follow her instructions in the books, you will get results. However, this latest cleanse, the 14 Day New Keto Cleanse, is the best one yet! Iâm only on Day 5, and as of yesterday, I am down roughly 9 pounds! The keto smoothies are very filling and have less sugar than the smoothies used in prior cleanses. The recipes provided are delicious and healthy and relatively easy to make. If youâve ever tried the 10-Day Green Smoothie Cleanse and thought that it was hard, this cleanse is for you. I am not hungry on it and I can eat more than just a salad or veggies. As JJ says, âWe eating good, yâall!â Try it and thank me later! I have included some pictures of some of the recipes that I have prepared from the book in this review.

Easiest Cleanse Ever!
This is a great cleanse. I was concerned honestly because the cleanse is 14 days, but it really was not that difficult to complete. Throughout the 14 days, I did not experience any cravings. The great thing about this book, is that the smoothie and dinner recipes are both tasty and fulfilling, so you won’t be hungry doing this cleanse. In addition to that, typically with the keto diet, a lot of people eat very unhealthy, I like that this cleanse is both healthy and tasty. The instructions in this book are clear and easy to follow, there is a chart for you to plan out your smoothies, snack, and meal for the 14 days. My favorite smoothie is the Coconut Almond Keto Smoothie and my favorite dinner recipe was the Turkey Chili. I don’t eat seafood or pork, and there were still so many recipes to choose from, so keep that in mind if you have a similar diet. I loved the support we received while doing this cleanse via the 10 day Green Smoothie Cleanse FaceBook group. This cleanse will be a staple in my regimen. My face and stomach puffiness reduced a lot from doing this cleanse. 10/10 I recommend!

Great information
The information and recipes are great. For me personally, I cannot sustain the cleanse as instructed. The first day I felt sick with stomach cramps and lots of âbathroom time.â I went to bed with a terrible headache and an overall bad feeling. I realize some of it was to be expected, but just not for me. The book information and recipes did get me started on the right track and after less than a week am down 5 pounds and feel much better.I modified the plan by eating a hard boiled egg, turkey sausage and slice of keto bread toast for breakfast. I only have one smoothie a day and protein healthy dinner. I have snacks like cheese and almonds or a rice cake with almond butter. I do drink lots of water (and always have).I think just getting away from the high carb, sugary food has helped tremendously which I credit this book in guiding me in that respect.Iâm not a spring chicken but am pretty active and health minded which is why I didnât like the complete fast.Also, I read after that MCI oil should be introduced gradually as it can affect digestion. My first day I had the smoothie with the tablespoon of MCI. Not a good idea.

I don’t usually review authors of “how to do it” books but this gal deserves some serious credit for being a mindful, skilled and realistic nutritionist. We started her theory of this Keto cleanse this week and all we have to say is everything she claims or teaches is SOLID. We are so thankful for a real expert guiding our family to a better life of eating for health instead of wallowing in carb comas like the majority of our country. Hard to use without buying more proprietary ingredients
This book is okay. It gives what looks like some good smoothie recipes, but a lot of the ingredients are “only available” through the authors website. I’m not a fan of that. Basically it’s a lot of hype about how great the program works, then you’re shot in the foot when you can’t go to the store and get started.

Easy and effective
Love the recipes and lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks…and I was not hungry. The Intermittent fasting was easier than I thought. The only thing I didn’t do was the recommended exercises. I also substituted their recommended snacks with a cup of my KETO coffee since I need that to keep me going. I probably could have lost more if more if followed exactly. Shakes are great with so many variety. Definitely recommend

A lot of nonsense has been spouted in the nutrition arena, but the keto craze is hard to top.It just doesn’t matter if you’re eating carbs or not, in the end it’s the calorie count that counts. If you only eat carbohydrates without fat and burn more calories than you take in, you will lose fat (I tested it myself on a 3-week hike where I only ate carbohydrates without fat and lost more weight than ever before ). I also recommend the youtube video by Dr. Greger “Keto Diet Results for Weight Loss”

The shakes were beyond horrible, I only found 2 recipes in the whole book that I actually liked.I did not feel for the price of the book it was worth keeping. The other thing I did not like was there was no break down about how many calories or carbs or anything after each recipe. The author definately does not understand the concept of Keto, very disappointed. I returned the book

iâm very disappointed 🙁 i switched to the keto lifestyle 2 years ago not just for weight loss but also because I feel so much better on it. iâve been in a cooking rut lately, & bought this book with hopes it would give me a few new recipe ideas. however, many of the recipes in this book call for some non-keto items such as: bananas, panko bread crumbs, beans, & vanilla yogurt. i mean the recipes sound delicious but i wouldnât ever consider this keto.
