Overall pleased. I had the CHI Ultra and needed a second for a vacation home. So I went less expensive. It seems to heat faster than my Ultra and to a higher temperature – so I’m more careful when I use it to move it through my hair faster. ALSO – I did not have the super convenient travel bag that came with my Ultra years ago. But all in all, happy with the unit – specially since I will only use it for part of the year.
