For When I Feel I Need Extra Vitamin C, Tasteless and From a Brand I Know
I like this “Now Supplements Vitamin C 1,000” supplement for when I feel I probably need some extra vitamin C (compared to the daily 500mg I typically take). I take and have taken several supplements from this brand and so it was a natural transition for me to use this 1,000 mg during times of stress, illness and when I want to give my body an extra vitamin C boost.The capsules are easy for me to swallow, especially compared to tablets. I also like that these are tasteless and appreciate the extra bioflavonoids and rose hips included which I hope will help potentiate the vitamin C in my system.Since I’m a frequent user of Now Supplements, I like trying various supplements that make sense for me from a brand that I have some trust such as this vitamin C, which so far I haven’t had any issues and expect that it’s hopefully providing some benefit to my body in some way.
