customer care is great is why iâll up it to 4 stars. If the replacement they send me has no problems iâd give this a solid 5 stars because it does have high power and it only takes me 30 minutes to dry my hair(i have extensions in), its aesthetically pleasing, and it has a long power line. The only downside to my current dryer was that itâll randomly stop here and there and the lint catcher was already cleaned out. Supposedly it was a manufacture issue of the ones that were produced during certain months. Hopefully the replacement has no problems. // It breaks down within 6 months of purchase. Just get a revlon

Came back to update my initial review. Itâs a very lightweight and cute dryer. However, it stopped working for me after about 5 months, depending on the angle I was using it. Customer service for this company is great. They were able to send me a new dryer even after the return deadline with no issues. 🙂

Iâm not going to lie, I mainly bought this because it was cute and I donât blow dry my hair often. But Iâve been using it for a few weeks and I love it. I wanted a blow dryer with two speeds and two temperatures and one with a small head and that’s exactly what this dryer offers. It’s super quiet, very light and I like that I am able to clean the filter. The only issue I have with it is that it needs a slow speed. The two speeds this dryer offers are too fast. I use a slow speed for styling and lightening my hair. The attachment helps a bit with directing the air flow and therefore makes it feel like I have more control instead of blowing all over the place. I’m not sure if I would buy another one or not. If I could the same one that offered a third lower speed with all the other great qualities this has I would definitely buy two more – one for my vacation home and one for my travel kit.
