    super gut book
    Good information in regards to your gut and how microbes work within your gut . The recipes are very helpful as well. I have made the super gut yogurt has a very good flavor and i love to add it to organic rolled oats and dried goji berries or sometimes I use blueberries with 1/2 teaspoon of honey or pure maple syrup then I let it sit on the counter for 2 to 3 hours and it makes the best tasting snack. I’m happy that I got the book because Dr. Davis goes into why you need those microbes and what it will do for you.

    This is a fantastic book. I have been making the SIBO yogurt for 1-1/2 years now on a regular basis. This yogurt is amazing to repair the gut lining in 30 days, although my family eats it every day. This SIBO recipe is great for the digestive system. One family member stopped taking digestive enzymes when they started eating the yogurt. I highly recommend this book. So much good information about gut health.

    Very helpful information! I love the program that they had you follow-this was SO helpful for me! It did get a little costly while buying all the necessary supplements, but I lost 12 lbs doing the program and could feel a shift in my body. Highly recommended!

    I love Dr William Davis for making this information so available for millions of people to heal their intestinal issues and become healthy again. The book has the information you need but as a reference book it is quite difficult to go back and find what you are looking for at that moment. I wish the book had charts and indexes so that you could find what you want later after reading and understanding all the processes. Even with the organization complaints I have I am still glad to have the book~! Thank you Dr Davis The 4 stars was not for the content but one star off for the organizational short comings.
