After working on the puzzle for several days, I was disappointed to finish and discover that one piece was is missing! Otherwise it is a beautiful puzzle and of good quality. I was hoping to frame it, but that is not going to work with a piece missing. Update: White Mountain is sending a replacement honoring their happiness guarantee!

Festive Challenge, A Rockefeller Center Christmas Puzzle Experience
I recently completed the beautiful Rockefeller Center Christmas puzzle and thoroughly enjoyed it! The vibrant scene truly captured the magic of the holiday season. However, I found it a bit challenging due to the similarities on both sides of the puzzle, especially with the Christmas tree lights blending together. It made it harder to differentiate pieces and slowed down the process, but the end result was absolutely worth it. A great puzzle for those who enjoy a bit of a challenge!

Enjoyable puzzle!!
Having made a day trip several years back specifically to see the tree at Rockefeller Center, I purchased this puzzle. I had read other reviews about the pieces coming apart and such. I did not have that issue. Almost every puzzle I have purchased has had a review that incorrect pieces fit together. I did experience this a couple of times with this puzzle, but quickly caught the mistake. I pretty much double checked the pieces that didn’t seem to blend right. I found the puzzle to be of moderate difficulty, the tree be the most challenging. I got to the last piece and it didn’t fit. Went back and realized I had accidentally put the same shaped piece in another spot and it was a quick fix. I love that the pieces are thick, a decent size and had a variety of shapes. I think the only thing I didn’t like was the amount of dust, for which I deducted a star. It had more than I have found with other puzzles, but that may have something to do with the thickness of the pieces. I will definitely buy from this company again.
