Firmer than I expected
I used one that looked identical to this one in physical therapy and they told me I could buy it on Amazon. Turns out theirs was a different brand. Theirs was had more give to it, but apparently it was 4x the price of this one. I used it daily and it does great.

Half Foam Roller Initial Impression
As usual the roller arrived promptly from Amazon, and packaged well.I decided to make a video of the opening and initial impression of the item. The half roller seems like it’s well made. Has a nice color, and a good density. It’s firm, yet not “hard” and seems to be “just right”, think Goldy Locks.

This is a firm half-roll. If you are looking for a soft roll, this isn’t it. But if you want a firm roll, this is it.I use this by laying on it to help “crack” and stretch my upper back.I am buying a couple more (1 for my car, and another to travel with).I like it and would recommend it.
