Happy Days are [NOT] Here Again!
UPDATE: I wrote a very positive review after trying it for just a few days. Nine days later, I’ve changed my opinion. After three days I woke up nauseous to the point of actually vomiting. I didn’t make the connection between my nausea and the Bio Complete 3. Thought it was from taking a morning med on an empty stomach. I didn’t take the Bio for the next day or so and then cut back to 1 a day. A week later, I’m still nauseous and have added constipation, bloating, headache and a REALLY bad case of the blahs [this despite our Ohio weather has been fabulous!]Today I received an email from Amazon with a potential customer question. was this gluten free? I decided to check out the ingredients. Although it is gluten free, it’s given me the same reaction I get with gluten.Now I know why. It has methyl cellulous [also used in eye drops] which causes bloating, microcrystalline [which causes gas, bloating, depression, forgetfulness, lack of energy, and headaches], and maltodextrin [which is a sugar substitute that has tons of articles debating whether it’s safe or not].BOTTOM LINE: I just threw my Bio Complete 3 out. It may work for some [Dr. Gundry’s video was convincing]. But I’ve just wasted a week of my life…which makes me very sad…but optimistic that I will now recover.HOLD ON….THERE’S MORE…I decided to check my other 3 highly recommended supplements to see what they contained. It turns out all contain some form of synthetic ingredients that improve the capsule, but are not related to the purpose of the supplement. The FDA labels many of these as GRAS [generally recognized as safe although my perception is that they have not been tested and the FDA lists certain guidelines to follow. I am beginning to question if taking multiple supplements is exceeding the FDA’s guidelines for GRAS. I’ve been experiencing some strange and unexplained development of joint and muscle stiffness.I’m wondering if there is a connection. Just thought I’d pass this along.

One of this things i noticed immediately is my Colon seemed “happier” and the material it was processing was more consistent, if you know what i mean. Although i was hoping my energy levels would jump high even if only a placebo effect, i feel more energetic. for now 4 stars and ill keep buying itTime will tell….

No Go
Instructions say to take two capsules. As a new item first time user, I tried one to see how it would affect me. At 77 with no gall bladder, I do have stomach issues which result in very loose stools 3-4 times a day. So annoying. With only one of these capsules, which I took in the morning with breakfast, I was constipated for a day and a half, and even then had to strain to go. Went from one extreme to another. Need a much lower dose of this product. Soâ¦Iâm going to sit here and open up every capsule and dump the ingredients into a small Tupperware container and then take a small amount each day until I reach a level of support that will work for me. I know this may or may not affect the efficacy of this product by opening the capsule, but itâs the only recourse open to me at this time.

Finally – a flat stomach!
OK, I haven’t had a flat stomach since before I had my kids 17 years ago! 2 days on this, and immediate improvement. Combined with Dr. Gundry’s lechtin-free diet, and I am slimmer, and my clothes are looser. This also improved my bowel movements immensely. I briefly switched to another product with similar ingredients to save money, but it didn’t work as well as Dr. Gundry’s. The price is steep, but I believe this product is key in fixing leaky gut. You may not be fat, just bloated.

Works like it says, but affected my stomach in a bad way, and never knew when it would happen.Easy to take, no taste.Never got to test it for energy because of the other way it affected my stomach.
