Great Looking and Great Value.
This set of cable crossover attachments is a great value and cover almost of what you need to greatly expand what you can do with a lat pulldown and low row machine.Each piece is made of high quality steel in a clean shiny black finish.The spin for the short bar is smooth and perfect for tricep extensions and preacher curls. Also great for low rows and upright rows. This will probably be the piece you use the most.The rope is as good as any I have used in a commercial gym and shows no sign of wear after 3 months.What’s also nice is the weight of each piece. They are well balanced and feel good in the hand.The knurl on these are pretty good. Not as deep as some people might prefer, but these are also not for crazy heavy weight, so I don’t think heavy knurl is necessary.The matching black clips is the cherry on top.I highly recommend these for anyone starting out their home gym with either a cable crossover setup or a lat pulldown/low row machine.

Solid bar!
This bar ended up being far more sturdy, weighty, and just better than I had expected, given the low price. I’ve included a picture showing the weight, of nearly 5 pounds.There is a drawback to this bar, however. The rotating attach point does not come pre-greased. It felt very rough while doing my exercises. After I finished, I used my grease gun to inject heavy duty grease into the grease/oil hole. This solved the problem and the bar immediately felt smooth during the next workouts. The downside is that the grease continues to ooze out of the pivot joint and I constantly worry about it getting on the carpet.For the money, this is a great tricep bar!

These are great for my home gym, and a good price to get 4 different gym-quality handles. The grip is great, very sturdy and the carabiner hooks are better than the ones on my Marcy Home gym. The only complaint, is these things are solid steel (not aluminum like the ones at the gym.) So they are heavy duty, and heavy to deal with as you switch them out. Not a huge deal for someone in good shape and good hand/grip strength but it may be an issue for older folks who may not have strong hands, as you try to attach them to an overhead cable, maneuver the hook, etc. *If weight of the handle isn’t an issue for you, highly recommend, they seem like they’d last forever.
