I like this book for my young kids. It gives simple, interesting facts about animals pictured. My problem is it gives regularly gives gives facts about animals not pictured. Though the facts are interesting, they are just frustrating when there is no picture of the animal. Particularly when it is about an animal I’m not familiar with. I don’t want to pull out my phone when reading to kids, cause then their focus moves to the phone. I don’t understand why they didn’t just put more facts about the animals pictured.

I wasn’t sure, when buying this book, but I went with the reviews, and yes, it is fabulous… something for everyone…a very easy dip-into book. But after reading a few pages to my nephews, I’ve been hounded, non-stop for more… Fabulous facts, great for all ages, boys & girls…. I’m a 48 year old ‘girl’… and I love it too.
