The EOAT dumbbells came fully assembled and ready to go. Simply twist the grip to adjust the weight choice. Very solid except for the crate(?) the weight sits in which is made of plastic. If you arenât too rough on it, it should be fine. One set was a bit stiffer (is that a word?) than the other but it may loosen up with use. Still a bit pricey but not terrible compared to buying a set of each weight individually. No complaints to speak of.

Nice little weight set, super easy to change the weights
I needed a low weight set to work on rebuilding the muscles around my wrist and elbow after an injury. These are great, super easy to rotate and switch weights for various exercises and come with the holders to put them in. They are cute and colorful and do the job. The lowest weight is just the handles minus any weights at all. Perfect for what I needed them for.

I have never owned a set of weights of this style but my wife wanted a set and we donât have a lot of room so they were a great option. They seem well made and weight selection is simple. They come with a tray to keep them in place and they fit under our bed to easily hide away. Might purchase the other set if we get along with these.
