Very scary so research is really the only way 3) Remember to stay focused on exactly why you bought this. This is for people who want to get rid of belly weight. Love handles, stomach rolls, all the weight youâve carried with you for years and doesnât come off from regular dieting or exercise.I should say that my insurance company does not cover this product but I think they should. Me recetó Banophen cap 50 mg y Prednisone 20 mg Las tomé y cerca de las 9:00 pm comenzó a bajar la inflamación poco a poco y para la 4:00 am del martes se está normalizando. No sé si interactuó con lo q tomo de diario: Levoxil y una Estatina en dosis muy bajas y Vit C, D⦠Esta es MI experiencia PARTICULAR, con todos no necesariamente pasa igual. Pero al menor indicio de inflamación vayan al médico. Puede ser un asunto serio. No les incluyó una foto porque es espantosa. Las mascarillas del COVID fueron mi gran bendición. HONEST REVIEW: LEMME BURN & LEMME FOCUSLemme first start off by saying, Lemme Burn is not a bad product. It gives the energy I need without feeling anxious (derived from the green tea extract) and overall, a great supplement to my already healthy lifestyle. Keep in mind though it is only a supplement and not a weight lost pill. Meaning it is something extra that can help boost your weight lost but it is not the sole reason. You will still have to eat clean and workout in order for it to supplement.Because I am having a good experience with Lemme burn I decided to try Lemme Focus for that extra boost in focus + energy especially since I work from home. At first, it does give you focus (it could be a combo of the product and a placebo effect) BUT over time it is not effective. The more I took Lemme Focus the more fatigued I felt. I started taking naps throughout the day and feeling super fuzzy in my brain. It almost did the exact opposite of what I wanted it to do. The only pro is that it tastes good.If you want energy, I recommend Lemme Burn. Lemme Focus just makes you tried over time.

I started using this in October 2023 when I fell off track with my fitness and I was 158 lbs. I knew it would take a couple months to see real results and that these merely aid the process of weight loss, itâs not a solution in itself. I would say end of December is when I started realizing how much leaner I looked just from working out how I normally do. Itâs February 28 now and yesterday I weighed in at 145 lbs. KEEP IN MIND:- if you only take this and donât consistently keep active and only eat more calories than you are expending, this probably will not work as well, for example I strength train at least 4 days a week and do cardio at least 3 days- I lose and gain weight fairly easily which couldâve also impacted the results- I took these on a empty stomach daily with no issuesSIDE EFFECTS-It curbed my appetite more than I wouldâve liked. My bf and I love to eat together and Iâve noticed that I often donât have an appetite like I used to, especially in the morning. This may not be a bad thing for some people, but I feel like Iâm enjoying the food I used to like way less bc of this. I also feel like I have to go to the bathroom more in the morning, but not necessarily throughout the day at all. I also wake up with an empty stomach daily (which can be nauseating till you get something in your stomach) since I have started seeing results with it. ***I know some of these may not be from the supplements fyi, these are just things that Iâve noticed since I started taking them***IN CONCLUSION:I recommend! They seem to have helped my metabolism speed up and helped me lean out in places I havenât been able to before.
