Exceptional tent and customer service
We purchased this tent for our graduation party. It was surprisingly easy to set up and take down. Most importantly it looked great. This year we had another graduate and we were excited to put the tent up. Unfortunately we had record winds. The tent held up really well during a huge storm but we mistakenly secured a few sides inappropriately- four of the poles broke. We contacted customer service and Lynn responded to us immediately. She took good care of us and we had new poles in a few days. I highly recommend the tent and Lynnâs customer service. This is an A+ company and product.

I had ordered this for my daughters graduation party and didn’t realize that one of the 3 boxes was not the box for the tent. After realizing Ithis error, I quickly reached out to them letting them know I had some missing parts. They quickly addressed the issue and they had the missing box delivered to me in perfect timing for the party. I am so grateful for their quick response in addressing this issue and helping us have shade for our guest. We received so many complements on how nice and big the tent was. This tent is definitely worth the money: heavy duty, sturdy, storage bags, easy assembly with atleast 2 people. Will definitely purchase from them again.

Bought this tent for a few graduation partiesFirst set up was slow but next set up was pretty smooth. Tent with bracing , top and bottom rails makes a pretty rigid frame. Needed some replacement parts and Pearl in customer service was very responsive and delightful. My replacement parts were shipped right away and Pearl followed up once I received packageOnly reason for 4 stars is I havenât had it long enough

Weak poles to hold the weight of the top of the tent
We had this delivered on Saturday 11/9/2024 we set it up on 11/10/2024 , The poles are weak and not sturdy for the weight of the top , while we had it set up on 11/10/2024 for our event the legs gave out and were bending , we had a breeze blowing and when the legs were giving out the whole tent flipped up and blew into the trees were the tent was set up , the stakes that hold the poles down are not very heavy for all the weight thatâs on top to hold it down . It was Complete disappointment and waste of money , Would not recommend at all

Excellent Customer Service!
We purchased this canopy for our Companys’ 15yr Celebration instead of renting one. They arrived quickly and everything was perfect! Fast forward to the day of the celebration and setup was a little rough but once we had the top together, everything else was smooth sailing. We decided to leave it up after the party due to poor light for teardown. The next day our area was hit with sustained 30-35mph winds that we were not expecting and our canopy suffered greatly. We reached out to Quictent and were met with such positive and supportive customer service from the very beginning. Summer was amazing and in constant communication with me to get new poles. Quictent replaced the damaged poles for free! Shipped them for free! Followed up every step of the way and gave me tracking numbers to follow the delivery and then contacted me to make sure they arrived, and all was undamaged. If you’re looking to purchase a canopy for large gatherings, we’d highly recommend Quictent!!

Quality product and customer service
For the price, I was definitely impressed with the product quality. The two end door panels had mildew on the zippered fabric but the manufacturer immediately replaced them for us at no charge. We had considered renting a tent for our party, but the cost of a rental was more than the 13’x20′ tent we bought which was plenty big enough for our needs and will hopefully be able to be used many times over the years. Not Sorry 😉

We bought the marquee for our son’s 21st Birthday celebrations and it really worked with all the lockdown restrictions, when we needed an open air but covered party area. It looked wonderful inside and out and we can’t wait to use it again for another celebration. It does take about 3 or 4 people to put it up as well as take it down. Very sturdy, although be advised to take it down in strong wind. Also the after care service is great and we were particularly pleased with the service we received from Yummy.

Wonderful party tent suitable for a medium size garden. Not too tricky to put up – mostly by 2 people with two more at the very end. Folds up and fits back into its bags nicely, quite light weight, takes up less storage space than expected. Spacious, light and airy. We love it.Second time we used it though, a freak wind upturned it. 6 poles were damaged. I contacted company and received replacement parts within 24 hours, thanks to the help of Joy. Fab service. I purchased this recently for entertaining in the garden after UK lock down easing. Delivered very quickly, all parts present and correct, and no problem to assemble with two persons. Covers are a bit of a snug fit, but OK with a bit of massaging. I also bought sandbags to weight down the legs. After 3 days up, a strong wind overnight moved it, and resulted in some damage to poles / canvas. I contacted the Manufacturer to inquire about purchasing replacement parts, and they sent to me immediately, free of charge. Amazing service – I have never seen this before. Many thanks to “Yummy” – very nice to find a supplier that really cares after they have made the sale !

Delivered with damaged box, but customer services where fab and resent parts that were damaged in transit,Put this 6×4 marquee up a few days before my daughters 18th took me and my husband around 2 hours,Absolutely so pleased with it.We had 37 mph winds once weâd put it up so, and rain. for extra stability due to the weather I made sand bags for inside and out of the marquee and lined it, would have lined the roof but once the extra poles were on we could reach it, Iâll know this for next time we put it up, was so surprised that it lasted out through the wind, but it did and my daughter and 25 of her friends had a fabulous time. We had a oil filled radiator and carpets inside too and it was like an absolute party room connected to our patio doors, all her friends were very impressed and so were we. Put the side zipped end panels before you put the leg extending poles onFollow the instructions
