I totally recommend fish oil as a daily supplement for anyone who loves or is tolerant of fish.I noticed improvement in my overall physical and mental well-being about a week after starting Carlsons fish oil. I generally take the liquid version day-to-day and got gel caps for when Iâm traveling.Itâs easy to take the liquid/gel caps and both forms taste fine.I think this health product is definitely worth the price. I also appreciate the liquid version comes in glass rather than plastic.

I love this brand of fish oil. It does not give me fishy burps as other brands.The capsules appear large but I find them easy to swallow. This is my second bottle and will continue to purchase!

Don’t take it at night.
My husband takes this for heart health. He said it is ok, but after he takes it he gets fishy burps. He said don’t take it at night! I didn’t ask why ð³ But I believe it is very good for him.

Whoa! A+++++ product but too big to swallow safely.
The size of the capsule is a choke hazard. BUT a capsule could be bitten to release the oil, and the shell tossed out. I would not recommend chewing and swallowing the shell. It is too hard and will be difficult to digest.The oil is superb! I read about the rigorous quality control and believe it. I’ve used many brands of fish oils and can taste the quality in this oil. I’ve found the brand that delivers a stellar product so my search for the best fish oil ends here with Carlson.I’m a happy customer!

Most Fish oil tap with smell and taste terrible. This fish is wonderful! It does not have any of the smell or taste of other fish oils.

Good Omega 3
I’ve taken these Omega 3s several times, switched to another brand, then come back to these. They’re definitely large gel like caps, but most Omega 3s I’ve tried are too. I don’t have a problem swallowing them but some people might. I definitely like this brand. I’m hoping to find out how well they work in the next month when I have my cholesterol checked.
