Nice, but does not replace foam roller or Lacrosse ball
I get terrible tension headaches caused by tight traps/muscle knots from years of CrossFit. I was hoping this would help take the place of foam rolling and/or my Theragun.The good-Vibrations are decently strong for such a small device I placed it right on a muscle knot on the highest setting and it worked it pretty good.Controls are easy and intuitive.Pretty grippy. Usually my Lacrosse balls are flying everywhere but this one kept good contact with the wall. Made it easy to hit some spots.Decently quite. Could probably use at desk without causing too much commotion.The bad-Where the controls are its flat but not flush. So you don’t have to worry about it shutting off but you also need to be cognizant of how your rolling or you will lock it out on that spot. But this also helps to stabilize the ball if you need to hit a certain spot.Still not strong enough to replace a theragun. I wasn’t expecting it would be but you never know.It’s size makes it hard to hit certain spots. It’s only a little bigger than the Lacrosse ball but had a hard time targeting areas such as my lats under the scapula.I’m not sure how this will fit into my daily routine. I will probably take this to work to roll on my breaks as I don’t think this works problem areas better than a standard foam roller or Lacrosse ball. But I will keep trying and will update after I use it more. I have seen the theragun foam roller and after trying this I may get one to try out.

This little ball works great on soles of feet. When the tendons get tight just turn it on and roll your foot over it. Instant relief

UPDATE: Bought this on March 19, 2023 and now the battery suddenly won’t hold a charge at all so it won’t turn on. Oddly, I’ll leave it plugged in for several hours until the light turns green and the app connects/shows it’s 100% charged. However, as soon as I unplug the cable, it goes completely dead and will not turn on at all. Therabody said there’s nothing they will do since the warranty is only 1 year. I now have a brick. I’ve filed an extended warranty claim with my credit card to try and get a refund.Original Review: I had a Theragun already and love it so I thought I’d try this to help with treating a torn rotator cuff and an old whiplash injury. The vibration when used on the neck literally makes your teeth chatter even on the lowest setting, while other areas can get a numbing/tingling sensation on your skin for a bit after use. I tried the shoulder pain routine in the free app, but I’m surprised they don’t have demonstration videos with real people in it. The app shows a cartoon-y looking picture with arrows pointing in the direction(s) you’re supposed to roll. One part of the routine is for a side lat massage, but the picture shows the regular Wave Roller, not the Wave Duo. I tried it, but maybe unless you’re petite/small framed, it’s a bit painful to do this on the Duo. The app knows I have a Duo, but it seems to recommend Roller-designed exercises regardless.Maybe it’s more that the app doesn’t really help guide you as well as it should considering these products are designed by physical therapists. I’m keeping it as it does seem helpful with some things, just not as much as I had hoped it would.

Well, the item comes in a small compact sturdy cardboard box like a cell phone. I charged the item quickly to do a test run.I walk and exercise lots, so its important that my calves are rested and stretched. I also use it on the back of my neck to loosen up the compressed neck area.The item, when powered on, is not overly loud and it is definitely easy to use.I would recommend this item to keep themselves moving.
