So bought these because the other adjustable dumbbell got struck, not able to load or unload weight plate,Anyway; this dumbbell; turns out; is 3lb to 40lbs maximum weight.Compared to the traditional 25-50 lbs. which was the weight I been using, so I lost 10lbs, had to do about 5 more sets of 12 reps per set, to make up the intensity I need.So as I stated earlier; the cons; it only provide up to 40lbs max. Which is really not a lot. Also the price is on the high side I think.Pros; really easy to turn, adjust the weight, smooth turn, nice order color in the middle, also it does look nice even just by looking at it, easy grip, this weight has so many setting starting from 3lb, but does not go from the traditional if 2.5 or 5 lbs, it goes from 3, 7, 13, 14.5, 17, 20, 24,27, 29, 31, 36 then the max 40. Which is really weird, but the other way to look at it is that now I can use this type of weight back and forth with my other weight, some day I can go easy instead of forcing myself to work hard at all times. Anyway. It is an above average product compared to the one just broke on me. Would I be buying it again? Perhaps. Not sure, I guess I might buy another one if itâs going to be on sale on Black Friday.

I was able to do barbell RDLâs and some hip thrusts with the barbell. Itâs long enough to do a lot of things with it. If youâre thinking about getting it, just get it. I actually got a few people to buy this based off of the versatility and quality.
